Improvements to the Commonwealth Courts Portal are underway as part of the innovative Digital Court Program. Another eFiling update was successfully deployed on 12 January 2019.
There are two main changes:
-
You can now file Notice of child abuse, family violence or risk on an existing consent orders application as a stand-alone notice.
-
Update to Unguided: A Response to an Application in a Case is now available for the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Family Court of Western Australia.
